Bonnarps Hjortkorv
Meat, 86, 7% and low fat, 11-12%. Spicy with rosemary and black pepper.
Since deer meat is very low in fat, we mix it with a little pork meat to
help carry the spices. This sausage is very good sliced thin on a
sandwich or together with a beer, but is also a perfect ingredient for dinner!
Bonnarps Hjort/lamm korv
All the best from Bonnarps Hjortkorv, but with deer and lamb meat, and no
pork added. The lamb adds another wonderful taste to the sausage and has
only got 5% fat but 86, 7 % meat.
Deer salami
If you love garlic, this is the sausage for you! Together with deer meat,
this sausage brings the salami to another height. Contains 82% meet.
Bjärnarps deer sausage
This is a lovely, slightly spicy sausage. Not too much or too little; perfect for you
when you want something different but not too spicy, but still full of flavor.
Bjärnarps deer sausage, Christmas type
The same taste as our other deer sausage, but it is ground courser and put in a natural
skin to give it a smoky flavour. This sausage is usually only in stock
during the Christmas season.
Deer sausage for the beer.
This sausage is mild in the beginning, but after a while the flavour intensifies;
perfect with a beer or tomato soup.
