Cold cuts and pâté

Hot smoked deer steak These steaks come from the haunch, inner loin, outer loin and fransyska and are then hot smoked. Very tender meat with a light, smoky taste Perfectly seasoned, these go well with horseradish and bread, or as cold cuts with potatoes.

Grilled deer roast beef We have chosen the steaks from the inner and outer thigh for this special steak. We cut these very tender steaks in thin slices and serve them on sandwiches or use them for a delicious supper.

Deer pâté This pâté combines pork and a large amount of deer meat; together with the deer liver, it gives us a low fat, wonderful tasting pâté for dinner or with hard bread. The green peppercorn and juniper berries give it a very special taste.

Picnic buddy This is perfect when you want something to snack on while watching football or walking in the forest. The meat comes from the back leg and is hot smoked until it is almost dried, with a little bone in it.

Smoked deer heart Hot smoked dear heart is great when you want something special for your sandwich.
